Working with us
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your website, the number of products and how ready your content is. We agree a realistic timeline after reviewing your needs. Platform verification and approvals can add time.
Do I own my accounts?
Yes. We set up your domain, website and platform accounts in your business name. You retain ownership and access, and we use the permissions needed to do our work. Platform subscriptions and third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
We work with UK businesses only. Our team is based in India, and our founders trained and worked in the UK. TikTok and TikTok Shop are offered to eligible UK businesses.
What do I need to provide?
We usually need your business details, logo, product information, pricing and any existing photos or content. Some platforms also require identity and business verification. We give you a checklist and arrange secure account access separately.
Do you run paid ads?
Paid advertising is not part of our services. We focus on websites, Shopify stores, Amazon and marketplaces, Instagram and, for eligible UK businesses, TikTok and TikTok Shop, plus branded print. We do not promise particular sales or follower numbers.
How do payments work?
We provide a written quote with the scope, payment schedule and any ongoing management fees before work begins. Platform subscriptions, marketplace charges and third-party costs are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Print, packaging & merchandise
Do you show prices for print?
No. Every print, packaging and merchandise job is quoted to your brief, because the price depends on the product, quantity, materials and finish. Use the print quote form and we will come back with options.
How long does print take, and is there a minimum order?
It depends on your product, the quantity and how much customisation you need. Tell us your requirements and we will work out the materials, minimum order quantities, freight and package weight for you. Minimums, delivery times and shipping costs are all confirmed on your quote.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver anywhere in the UK. Shipping depends on the size and weight of your order, so we work it out for you. Your quote shows the product cost and the shipping cost separately, and UK import VAT (20%) and any applicable customs duty are shown clearly on your quote too.
What artwork files do you need?
Print-ready files: vector logos (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF), colours in CMYK, 3mm bleed on every edge and fonts outlined. Photos and other raster images need to be 300dpi at the size they will print. AI-generated images (from ChatGPT and similar tools) and low-resolution PNG or JPEG logos are not print-ready. We are happy to use them as inspiration, and turning them into print-ready artwork is a separate graphic design charge, quoted first.
Will I see the artwork before anything is made?
Yes. We send you a digital proof, and nothing goes into production until you approve it and the quote.
