Branded insert cards, printed poly mailers, product boxes and logo stickers, ordered together for your planned reorders. It is a simple way to make every parcel feel like your brand.

Printed mailers suit orders you ship yourself, such as Shopify orders or Amazon orders you fulfil yourself. Amazon FBA prep has its own packaging rules, and we will advise you on what works for your products.

    You approve the quote and a digital proof of your artwork. We then manage production and delivery to your UK address.

Delivery

One office, several shops or an event venue: we deliver wherever you need it in the UK, with every cost itemised on your quote.

A competitive quote, worked out for you

Tell us your requirements and we will send you a competitive quote. We work out the materials, minimum order quantities, freight and package weight for you, depending on how much customisation you need and how big or small your product is. Minimums, delivery times and shipping costs are all confirmed on your quote.

Clear, separate costs

Your quote shows the product cost and the shipping cost separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. UK import VAT (20%) and any applicable customs duty are shown clearly on your quote too.

Artwork

Print-ready artwork, checked before we print.

Good print starts with good files. We check every file and send you a digital proof to approve before production.

What we need

  • Logos and graphics as vector files: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF
  • Colours set up in CMYK
  • 3mm bleed on every edge, with text and logos kept at least 3mm inside the trim
  • Fonts outlined (converted to shapes) or embedded
  • Photos and other raster images at 300dpi at the size they will print

What is not print-ready

AI-generated images (from ChatGPT and similar tools) and low-resolution PNG or JPEG logos usually print blurry or with rough edges. We are happy to use them as inspiration. Turning them into print-ready artwork is a separate graphic design job, quoted before we start.

One file, up to 8 MB: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP. Bigger files? Email them to us after you send this form. For printing we need vector logos (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF), CMYK and 3mm bleed.
